He manages a staff of 26 and is responsible for the collection, analysis and dissemination of all traffic volume, classification and Weigh-in-Motion(WIM) data for the state of Vermont. |

| Professor Shinya Kikuchi | PhD '74 | Dr. Kikuchi is a professor at the University of Delaware, and has most recently presented three papers at the Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Board in Washington, January 2000. He also gave invited lectures at Kyoto University and Hokkaido University (January 2000) in Japan, and Bari Polytechnic University, Italy, in September 2000. Dr. Kikuchi also presented papers at 7th and 8th Euro Transport Working Workshops in Helsinki (August 2000) and Rome (September 2000). |
